Super convenient location near Millennium Park and Cloud Gate. Rooms are clean and comfy, with air conditioning, minibar, and flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness center! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Plus, it’s only a short walk to the train station. Really fun vibe too.

Super close to Cloud Gate and Millennium Park, perfect for exploring! The rooms are super clean and cozy, plus I loved that it's dog-friendly without extra fees. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant scene inside is really cool. Just wish the shades covered the windows better—light peeks through a bit!

The room radiates a chic boutique feel and has a super handy layout. It's conveniently close to great food spots and a 24-hour store, making late-night snacks a breeze!
Just be ready for some train noise if you’re a light sleeper.

The hotel was a great base for sightseeing in Chicago. the staff was incredibly helpful and highly professional, providing excellent service. the location was comfortable and relatively close to Michigan Avenue. I enjoyed being within walking distance to a park and a lake. the breakfast and lunch at the restaurant were really nice. the room had a very clean bed, a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table.
